 Well, it's been a decade.  I have failed over that decade.

No steps or exercise to report.

Plan continue intermittent fasting.  Essentially no food before late morning, and on days off before noon.  At least one 24 hour fast per week.  Focus on one large mean per day.

Start daily 15 minute stretching routine and ten minute exercise routine.

Thursday I swam seven laps, 2 breast stroke, 4 crawl, 1 back.
walked 708 steps.

Saturday weight: 315.0
BP: 149/87 P 81
Friday I worked 12 hours.
Measured 5789 steps.

Weight does not seem to be coming down, on a positive note though I had more energy at work than I have had in memory.

I mowed the lawn and edged.

I took 8,538 steps (new record, includes mowing)

'Tis frustrating to swim more than ever, walk more than ever, plus yard work and end up weighing more the next morning.
